Online education for yoga teachers and yoga therapists
At Give Back Yoga University, we know that yoga is more than just a physical practice. For the past fifteen years, we’ve been helping people like you bring yoga to people in prisons, hospitals, schools, and communities in need.
Our courses give you knowledge and skills to support students facing cancer, PTSD, eating disorders, incarceration, and addiction. Each course can be taken a' la carte or as part of our 25-hour Diploma Program. Some courses focus on yoga for particular conditions (e.g. cancer, eating disorders, addiction), and others explore how multiple issues intersect and intertwine. In addition to choosing from our selection of short courses, you can customize your 25-hour Diploma by attending one of our interdisciplinary symposia live or on-demand.
All courses are on-demand and provide continuing education credits with Yoga Alliance and the International Association of Yoga Therapists. Whether you're a seasoned teacher or just starting out, we hope you'll find inspiration and resources make an impact in your community.
